Cancellations - We understand there are important reasons to cancel an appointment, but as a courtesy to other guests and our team members please kindly give us a 48- hour notice of cancellation to avoid a full charge. A credit card or gift certificate/gift card deposit may be required at the time of booking your reservation.
Gift Cards - Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not replaced if lost or stolen. When mailing gift cards we cannot promise the arrival of the mail. The mailing of gift cards can sometimes take up to seven business days. (We can promise that the gift certificate will go out in the mail within 24 hours.) All prices and services are subject to change without notice. Gift cards never expire.
All children are a joy and we at Rumors love them. However, for safety reasons, and because others may be trying to relax, we are NOT able to accommodate them in our spa area.
Cell Phones - are required to be on vibrate only and not in use in the spa area.
Pet Policy - By law, pets are not allowed in the salon.
For Your Protection - regretfully we cannot be responsible for the loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories.
